Care Instructions:
1. Don't dry clean
2. Wash and dry inside out
3. Choose cold or warm water for washing
4. Use mild detergent
5. Dry on low or hang dry
6. Don't iron directly on it
7. No bleach or fabric softeners
HTV process:
- The designs are applied to the shirts using HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl).
- A plotting machine takes the graphic that has been designed and cuts it out of the selected HTV.
- Once this is done, each design is 'weeded' by hand. This is the process of removing any vinyl that does not form part of the final design.
- Once this is done, the design is ready to be transferred onto the shirt using a high temperature heat press. The heat activates the adhesive properties of the vinyl.
- Once the vinyl has been sufficiently heated, a protective layer of heat resistant transfer sheet is removed by hand and the shirt is complete.
